Burns Night. Last Monday. Planned on having haggis (Christmas present from nephew) for dinner. Had Sunday's chilli con carne leftovers instead - don't like binning grub. Plan to have haggis on Tuesday thwarted by pork chops nearing outofdateness, so had them instead - don't like binning grub. Eventually had haggis on Wednesday, two days late, with neeps, tatties and carrots, and a big dram of Strathisla. Excellent. Better late than never.
